I've been on an oatmeal, flax seed and almond butter kick for breakfast lately, but today I felt like spicing it up a little. In my search for something different, I came across this recipe for a healthy fruit crumble on EatingWell.com. It looked delicious and easy enough to make for breakfast, so I set to it. They turned out totally delicious! I suppose they're really meant as dessert, but sometimes you just need a treat for breakfast on the weekends. I love it when something healthy tastes like it isn't.
